Climb the mountain and get their good tidings. Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy while cares drop off like autumn leaves.
John Muir
le Enchanteur, the famed Enchantress who presides over Lemuria, Soul Food and all that it encompasses, is having some quiet time while everyone else rushes around and works at a frenetic pace. Time out in the Temple of Solace, time to read some comforting words, to be reassured that you are not alone, is time well spent each day. Make it your daily practice to come to the Temple and enjoy all that it has to offer.
Feel yourself wrapped in warmth and love
As this is the comfort that we are all sending to you
In your time of need
Please take it without reservation
And a woman who held a babe against her bosom said, “Speak to us of Children.”
And he said:
Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you,
And though they are with you, yet they belong not to you.
You may give them your love but not your thoughts.
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow,
which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.
You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you.
For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.
You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite,
and He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far.
Let your bending in the archer’s hand be for gladness;
For even as he loves the arrow that flies,
so He loves also the bow that is stable.
A candle has been lighted in the Temple of Solace
for all those who hurt tonight, who are fearful of what the
future holds, who wait on the edge, hoping and believing
that the Universe will work things out for the best
and will give life in unending abundance.

For a Friend and a Daughter Lost
In place of a special love
When once they were together
A special pain
In place of a special wholeness
When once they were together
A special emptiness
Time will not be the same
The special pain, emptiness
Will not go away
Time forever changed
By love leaving
Never the same

On the following day of Lori’s post picked up by Portugese WordPress, English WordPress have captured the post made giving the news, with Temple of Solace again appearing as “Featured Blog”. Fantastic. This follows Heather’s post for Bo being featured a little earlier this month. The Temple is proving a place where people want to gather.
