Remembering Darryl

Remembering Darryl

I would like to believe when I die that I have given myself away like a tree that sows seeds every spring and never counts the loss, because it is not loss, it is adding to future life. It is the tree’s way of being. Strongly rooted perhaps, but spilling out its treasure on the wind.

~May Sarton~

From: May Sarton’s Well

Darryl was and still is like the tree of which May Sarton speaks. He has shared his being and continues to do so. He is strongly rooted, Heather, in your heart and in the hearts of many, like myself, who never had the pleasure of meeting him in life.

You, too, Heather are strong and you will go on but you will not be alone for Darryl will be with you every minute. We, too, are here to help you move forward so that you can continue to spread your treasure on the wind.

Great love and hugs always, Vi
